Limited Lifetime Guarantee

Every Ethereal ring is covered by a Limited Lifetime Guarantee for the original purchaser.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects, including structural issues caused by craftsmanship or material failure.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, fading from heavy use, lost or stolen items, incorrect sizing, accidental damage, intentional damage, or damage caused by exposure to chemicals, water, sweat, improper care, or modification.

To make a claim, email us at support@etherealny.com with your order number, photos of the ring, and a short description of the issue.  We will get back to you within 5 business days. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost and ship it to you.

The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for the lifetime of the product.

Each item is eligible for one free replacement under this guarantee.
